Arrive early (10-15 min before class starts). Give yourself amply time to find a space, unroll your mat and collect your props (any blankets, bolsters, blocks or straps you need to modify poses). It also gives you an opportunity to get into the right mind-set.
If you are late, please come in quietly and avoid disturbing other students ant teacher.
Please leave your shoes and coat in an area close to the studio entrance.
Please turn off your mobile phone or put in silent mode during practice.
Please pay for the lesson and present your membership card before the lesson begins.
Membership card (4 and 8 classes) valid for 1 month, you can freeze your membership up to 7 days due to illness. Please inform your teacher in advance.
Clean up after class. Wipe down any borrowed mats after practice, please be sure to return blocks, blankets and other used equipment to their rightful place upon leaving.
It is recommended to eat 2-2,5 hours before the class.
Please wear appropriate and comfortable clothing.
Let the teacher know about any physical issues and preferences before lessons begins.
Respect yourself and listen to your body, if you need to take a modification, please do so.
